Contest Rules: You must be 18 years old to enter. House Ear Institute will notify each winner within one week after each contest is completed. Prizes will be shipped to each winner within 30 days after each winner confirms receipt of notification of their win, and supplies their shipping address information to House Ear Institute. Only contestants who provide their own legal name and direct email address qualify to win. Furthermore, contestants must represent themselves and not organizations or other entities to qualify. House Ear Institute agrees not to share contestant names or contact information with third party entities of any kind. House Ear Institute is not responsible for quality or performance of prize donations by its sponsors. Participation by employees of the House Ear Institute is prohibited.
