CIAP July 15 to 20, 2007 has confirmed the following host arrangements:

Granlibakken will guarantee a block of 190 rooms. Based on how the reservations come in, offsite lodging may be necessary, so we urge you to make housing arrangements early.

Granlibakken will provide complimentary shuttle service to and from the conference grounds for those participants that they book offsite. All rooms will be held until 60 days prior to arrival at which time we will review the registrations and make adjustments to the block as necessary. At 30 days out we reserve the right to release any unreserved space. Reservations received after this date will be on a space available basis.

HOUSING REGISTRATION: All participants will book their conference packages directly with the Granlibakken reservations office. A $100.00 per person deposit is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 14 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATIONS received at any time are subject to a $20.00 handling fee.

CHECK-IN/OUT: Lodging room check in time is 4 p.m. and checkout time is 11 a.m.

CANCELLATIONS received less than 30 days prior to arrival are charged $100.00 per person. In the event of a cancellation that was assigned double occupancy, the remaining participant will be charged the single occupancy rate. No shows are charged 2 nights at the package rate. Participants who check in a day late or checkout a day early will be charged the full package rate unless the alternate arrival/departure dates are confirmed 72 hours prior to arrival.

ALL CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS: All conference participants must make meeting/housing arrangements directly with Granlibakken Conference Center. Additionally, all participants must participate in one of the following packages:

PACKAGE #1(STANDARD): The standard package for those participants who will be housed at Granlibakken includes:
* 5 nights' lodging (Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu)
* 5 full breakfasts (Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri)
* 5 lunches (Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri)
* 5 dinners (Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu)
* Free in-room wireless (lodging rooms only)
* Daily am/pm coffee break service
* 2 hosted hospitality hours
* Use of meeting space, standard audio-visual equipment (limited to our inventory) and
recreational facilities
* Free parking
* 20% tax and service

STANDARD BEDROOM UNITS & ROOMS WITHIN A TOWNHOUSE:
The following all inclusive package rate is based on $146.00 per person, per day, double occupancy and $192.00 per person, per day, single occupancy, plus 20% tax and service.

Double Occupancy: $876.00 per participant, all inclusive 5-night rate
Single Occupancy: $1,152.00 per participant, all inclusive 5-night rate

EXECUTIVE LODGE & STUDIO UNITS:
The following all inclusive package rates are based on $166.00 per person, per day, double occupancy and $231.00 per person, per day, single occupancy, plus 20% tax and service.

Double Occupancy: $996.00 per participant, all inclusive 5-night rate
Single Occupancy: $1,386.00 per participant, all inclusive 5-night rate

PACKAGE #2 (ACCOMPANYING PERSONS): The Spouse/Guest fee is based on $50.00 per person, per night, plus 20% tax and service. The Spouse/Guest must share the same room as the participant paying the single rate. This includes meals and lodging in package #1. A spouse/guest requiring an extra lodging room will pay an additional $66.00 per standard room, per night, plus 10% room tax.

PACKAGE #3 (OFFSITE PARTICIPANTS): The off grounds fee is for any participant who will be attending the meeting but not requiring lodging at Granlibakken and is based on $70.00 per night, plus 20% tax and service, and includes all of package #1, with the exception of the lodging.

ADDITIONAL NIGHTS: Any additional nights will be on our nightly bed and breakfast rate. This rate includes a full buffet breakfast.

MEALS CREDITS: Meal credits can be issued in the amount of $8.00 per person, per lunch, and $12.00 per person, per dinner, plus 20% tax and service, and applied to the master account. Meal credits must be pre-arranged and may only be on a group basis.
